How To
  1. Download the Tutorial [+]
You must download our tutorials from a Macintosh or Windows computer. You cannot download and watch directly on an iPad or iPhone 4. The preferred web browsers to use are Safari, Chrome, Firefox. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer.

If you placed your order on a computer, you can click Download Product on the Order Confirmation page. You can also click the Download Link from your Invoice which is sent via email after payment confirmation.

Upon clicking the link, the tutorial will begin downloading in .zip format in your default web browser. If asked to "Open File" or "Save File", choose Save File. The downloaded file should be located in your Downloads Folder.

Some web browsers or computers may automatically unzip the downloaded .zip file to reveal the .m4v tutorial video file. If not, double-click the .zip file to reveal the .m4v tutorial file (or right click and extract/uncompress).
  2. Watch the Tutorial [+]
After successfully downloading and uncompressing the .zip file, you can simply double click to open the video tutorial. By default, our tutorials will open and play in iTunes.

If you want to watch in QuickTime Movie Player, you can right click the file and choose "Open with QuickTime". Or you can drag the .m4v file onto the QuickTime icon.
