How To

  • Download the Tutorial[+]
    1. You need to download our files using a Mac or Windows PC. They will not download to an iPhone, iPad, or Tablet.
    2. We recommend using one of these web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Internet Explorer is not recommended.
    3. If you purchased more than one tutorial or a Bundle, for best results download only one tutorial at a time.
    4. After clicking the download link, if asked, choose "Save" file instead of "Open" file.
    5. If you experience difficulty downloading, please try another recommended browser from Step 2.
  • Watch the Tutorial[+]
    1. On a Mac, double-click the .zip to extract. On a Windows PC, right-click the .zip and choose Extract All.
    2. You should now be able to double-click the .m4v video tutorial file. It should play in iTunes or QuickTime Player.
    3. If it does not open in iTunes or QuickTime, right-click the .m4v and choose to Open With, then choose iTunes or QuickTime. Other media players are not supported.

  • Sync to iPad and iPhone 4[+]
    To watch our video tutorials on an iPad or iPhone 4, you need to sync the video via iTunes on a computer first. You cannot watch directly from these devices without syncing first.

    1. Download the video tutorial.
    2. Open the video tutorial in iTunes.
    3. Connect your iPad or iPhone 4 via USB to your computer.
    4. Select your device and select the Video Tab.
    5. Check the box for the tutorial that you would like to sync.
    6. Click "Sync" at the bottom right of iTunes.
    7. Watch the video tutorial on the device in the Videos app.

    Supported Apple Devices:
    iPad (All generations)
    iPhone 4 and newer
    iPod Touch (4th generation and newer)

  • What are my payment options?[+]
    We accept Credit Card payments as well as PayPal. At checkout you can select which payment method you would like to use. You are not required to pay via PayPal.
  • Do you accept International orders?[+]
    Yes, we accept International orders.
  • What is your refunds and exchanges policy?[+]
    Due to our products being digital goods, there is no way to physically return the product. Therefore, we do not accept returns.
  • I placed an order but haven't received my product(s).[+]
    Download links are displayed in your browser and e-mailed to you immediately after payment confirmation. If you can't find the download links in your inbox, please check your spam and junk mailboxes. If you paid via e-check then it may take a few days until payment clears. Contact us if you are still unable to find your download links.
  • My download links expired.[+]
    If your download links expire, please contact us. Provide your Transaction ID and we will send you a replacement download link. We can only offer replacement links for current products.
  • I've lost or deleted my purchased files.[+]
    Please contact us and provide your Transaction ID so we can send you a replacement download link. We can only offer this for current products.
  • Do you offer captions?[+]
    No, we do not offer captions for our video tutorials.
  • What language are the tutorials?[+]
    All of our video tutorials are recorded in English.
